1. Legal Agreement

These Terms are governed by the applicable international commercial laws and, where not excluded, the jurisdiction of the country where the relevant BEKKARAT TECH legal entity operates.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved through arbitration, mediation, or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by BEKKARAT TECH, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

12. Force Majeure

BEKKARAT TECH shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, government actions, labor disputes, cyberattacks, or failures in communication infrastructure.

13. Termination

BEKKARAT TECH may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, without notice, if:

• Continued access poses legal or operational risk;
• You misuse the Services or data therein.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations prior to termination.

All such entities, where explicitly or implicitly acting on behalf of BEKKARAT TECH, are considered authorized for the delivery of Services, content, communication, or contractual performance.
